Terms of sale

What you buy, what we commit to, and what happens if somebody forgets to pay. Short, clear, no hidden clause.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of articles containing one or more links, published by Link Hunter on the websites of its catalogue, to professional customers.

2. Prices

Prices are shown per website, excluding VAT, for one article with one dofollow link. They are fixed and non-negotiable. Each additional link, copywriting by us (+€10) and sensitive topics (price multiplier shown on the Arsenal page) are invoiced on top. Minimum order: €95 excl. VAT.

3. Orders

An order is placed by email or from the catalogue (“I want it” button) and becomes firm once we have confirmed the website, the target URL, the anchor and, where applicable, the article. We may refuse any content that is illegal, misleading, off-topic for the site or harmful to its readers.

4. Publication

Articles are published within 24 hours on a weekday after confirmation, in a main category of the website. Links are dofollow, without sponsored, nofollow or ugc attribute.

5. Duration

The article and its link stay online for the lifetime of the website. If a website were to close, we offer the transfer of the article to another site of the catalogue of equivalent value.

6. Payment

Payment by PayPal or bank transfer, on invoice, within two weeks of publication. Send us your company details and VAT number when ordering. Without payment within this period, the link is removed.

7. Commitments and limits

We commit to the publication, the dofollow attribute and the indexing of the article. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or result in search engines, which remain the sole masters of their algorithms.

8. Modifications

A correction of the article or of the link can be requested within 30 days of publication. Later changes are possible on request and may be invoiced.

9. Personal data and disputes

The data you send us are only used to process your order (see the legal notice). Any dispute is first settled amicably by email; failing that, it falls under the jurisdiction of the publisher’s registered office.
